The Food Systems Resilience Programme (FSRP) focuses on areas of high agricultural potential where the programme can accelerate food systems transformation and development, and improved outcomes from agricultural production could be materialized; and can rapidly shift from subsistence-oriented staple food production towards more specialized market-oriented production systems in selected conflict-affected projects Woredas in Tigray.
In close partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture of Ethiopia, UNOPS is implementing the project which will contribute to the transformation of the agricultural services and innovation systems; supporting resilient small-scale irrigation development and management; developing the food market; and improving the enabling environment for food systems and project management.
